took the breakdown cover but when they inspected our boiler they asked
for all previous service reports which I am sure they know no one keeps so they have weaselled their way out of helping .
I am never going to use them again - the engineer told us this was their way of getting out of helping so its obviously a tactic they frequently use
don't use their insurance they will tryand worm out of helping you
