I have had home insurance for 41 years, and up to now have only ever made one claim, and at the time I thought I had cover to cover a break-into my home, but alas it didn't it covered items that were taken but did not cover to cost of damage to the patio door, I found this was a flaw so after being with them for 38 years I CHANGED to Churchill's last year.
Also after I had paid an excess of £250 for the claim I only received £128.00 to cover items that were taken so what was the sense of having the cover
