We have been asked by our mortgage provider to show their interest in writing on our house insurance. Whilst the people on the phone were helpful, we have yet to receive this document after nearly 3 weeks. We fail to understand why it would take 7 working days to print out a piece of paper, pop it in an envelope and put in the post. It can't always be the Royal Mail's fault.....!!
We have now tried 3 times for this document, so fingers crossed....... Short of going there in person we don't know what else we can do??
