Terrible company, bought insurance then was pulled over twice for having no insurance!
They hadn't sent any certificates so was difficult to prove as you can't get through on the phone.
Was told by them if the vehicle had been impounded it would have been MY FAULT and my responsibility to pay the bill to get it back despite it being their failure to provide documentation and update MID. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
