phone call after phone call to obtain my 14yrs no clames proof,un for filled promises to sort it out,chrarged 70 pound cancelation fee for which i asked for a breakdown of cost,nothing !!!! then money due back on policy would not be refunded for 30days !! disgusting i paid policy straight away so now they hold MY money in their bank. A company that is quick to take your money but should you part with them,DROP YOU LIKE A STONE.
