Got an email to renew my policy which I did. Agreed with the same bank details as before. never received the policy by email or post which is also what we agreed then told it was cancelled and owed £100+ for something I haven't even recieved. AVOID THE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE absolutely disgusting how they treat customers.
