A absolute joke of a so call company. I have a small buisness which unfortunately after 8 year I had to make a claim. After making a claim my insurance was cancelled even after a girl told me this wouldn't happen. After a huge number of calls trying to sort this it was reactivated for 2 days to be then cancelled yet again. To get a new quote that were 3x my previous quote. I ended up sorting my own insurance something I was told I couldn't do 🙄 Avoid at all costs especially for buisness insurance. They are totally the worst broker I have had the unfortunate experience with.
