This company is absolutely ridiculous, a real monkey outfit. Paid a single lump sum for my van insurance run from December to December, made a claim in may as my van got stolen, pukka insure who dealt with the claim on their behalf are just as bad, anyway once claim was processed i spoke with constructaquote about putting my new vehicle onto my existing policy that i have paid for upfront and im now only 5 months in, they tell me that they cannot insure my new vehicle, i asked about a refund for the next 7 months insurance that ive paid for, they tell me im not liable for a refund and to top it all off i owe them £75 for terminating my policy early, none the less they will not be getting the £75. Real unprofessional outfit will never give them a penny of my money or recommend them to anyone. Never heard anything like it before.
