Spent 15 minutes on hold trying toi validate the insurance policy I bought on line (they require you to do this within 48 hours). Finally answered and couldn't transfer me as too busy.
Listened to loads of rubbish about putting customers first, your call is important, etc, but they can't do the basic of answering the phone!
From reading the reviews below I'm guessing when I finally get through it will cost me more.
