Absolutely awful. I had my car stolen but luckily it was found with minimal damage 3 weeks after, no communication from them other than a letter cancelling my policy today due to 3 points on my licence from 2016. They have not paid out for damage. I have paid all car hire costs, repairs etc. I've driven for 26 years and never made a claim. DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY. I have not claimed a penny and yet my insurance will rise for years due to this cancellation. I am contacting my MP as she wants me to send her details of this company.
