Great, friendly service when originally buying my insurance, and very competitive price! Since then I tried to contact them numerous times about a form I needed to return, and it's basically impossible to speak to anyone. Was on hold for over 20 minutes on two occasions, and once requested a call back which never came. Also no response to three emails I sent.
Otherwise had no problems so far, and happy with the cover and price.
