Very poor, when I took the policy out I asked for auto renewal not to take place. At renewal I had an email saying they were going to auto renew. I spoke to them on the phone telling them not to auto renew which they said they would make sure did not happen.
Guess what, they still tried to auto renew the policy.
Not to be trusted.
