Absolutely appalling service!
They have never removed an incident in my file that I was never involved, they never paid a penny and apparently is taking them ages to remove!
Which cause that I have to pay 10 times more for a new policy with a new insurance!!
I have been talking with everyone in the company for hours and we do not get anywhere.
Incredible useless customer service, underwriter and whoever was involve in my case!
