A big thank you to John Higham yesterday for being very friendly and helpful, he's very clear on services provided and pointed out some very useful extras I hadn't thought of i.e brake down cover, legal representation if none fault accident etc, John dotted all the (i)s and crossed all the (T)s very pleased with the service I recieved, should defiantly be a highly valued member of staff!
