I requested a motorcycle insurance quote through a well known motorcycle comparison site. Devitt came up cheapest. I found I could change details of the quote to suit as I hadn't yet bought the vehicle. I had a query about the stated premium which I couldn't answer online but one short phone call later and my query was answered. I was also advised that I could continue to purchase whilst I was on the call or complete later as I wanted to check another detail regarding voluntary excess, which I did. The documents were emailed immediately upon purchase and I was on the road later that day. You do only find out the true worth of your insurance company if you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim but if their service on that is anything like their service to date, I will be a very happy customer.
