Paid a very high premium, was knocked off my motorcycle by a careless driver. No help with bike recovery post accident, then my details were passed around to various agencies. completely disjointed service with seemingly no contact between the other agencies . bike still not fixed.... feel like i'm doing all the chasing on premium rate numbers. Pretty unhappy i just want one person who's on my side, not to claim for personal injury or any of that rubbish just my bike fixed to the level it was before i was knocked off.
