I Payed my renewal quote for my van, then a few weeks down the line i get an email saying my insurance will be canceled if i don't pay a shortfall £10.95 through no fault of mine, i spoke to a member of female staff by phone who i found not helpful. Adamant i had to pay the shortfall for my protected no claims bonus (which they did not apply to the quote in the first place.)
Anyway after a lot of haggling she eventually put me through to a manager who i must say resolved the situation in minutes plus compensation for my inconvenients.
That alone deserves ten stars ( very happy with end result )
