“Avoid at all costs. I just changed the car on my policy, my new car is a lower insurance category but the cost has increased by 210%. The customer service is appalling and it’s very difficult to get through to an advisor.”

“Great product at a reasonable price However badly let down by the link to renew never has worked in the 4 years of being with them So have to call India and lose 3/4 of a hour of my life renewing it the old way Very poor support 😢”
