“Great product at a reasonable price However badly let down by the link to renew never has worked in the 4 years of being with them So have to call India and lose 3/4 of a hour of my life renewing it the old way Very poor support 😢”

“Good price - did manage to get price down more to what i paid DD last year and cheaper than any of the comparison sites that I searched looking for better offer. Lost a star as the process is tedious having to ring and barter to get better price and go through all policy details again”

“Ai have used Dial direct for a few years . I have found the price for my car insurance very reasonable. The website is easy to use. They keep you informed of any changes and give you plenty of time when you insurance is due.”

“I'm like most drivers in as much as you are always looking to improve or equal your previous policy price. Dial direct are currently better all round In policy offerings inclusive of breakdown cover and all the other parts of the add on extras. Comparison Sites take note your not good enough!! 4 stars because I've never needed to make a claim.”

“They actually kept my premium below my previous years premium with them ... All i wanted was fully comp cover at a price thats fair ... and they came through and I got just that ! Not had any need to contact their customer service - regardless of this they are worth taking a look at !”
