“Initially they renewed my policy without advising me of the price. I contacted them and the next renewal they assured me I will be advised of cost of policy before renewal proceeds.”

“I'm like most drivers in as much as you are always looking to improve or equal your previous policy price. Dial direct are currently better all round In policy offerings inclusive of breakdown cover and all the other parts of the add on extras. Comparison Sites take note your not good enough!! 4 stars because I've never needed to make a claim.”

“They actually kept my premium below my previous years premium with them ... All i wanted was fully comp cover at a price thats fair ... and they came through and I got just that ! Not had any need to contact their customer service - regardless of this they are worth taking a look at !”

“The staff are helpful and the process is easier than with many call centres. My only issue is the length of time i waited for a repair because you have no repair shops in my area. My car had to go 70 miles for repair and that was after 4 months. Still not back but i do have a courtesy car for which i am grateful.”

“I was happy with my first years quote but the increase of £700 was disappointing considering my driving history and no claims bonus, but after complaint and bringing that price back down around £600 I was happy. I just hope this doesn’t occur again when I renew in December 2026”
