“When i phoned up two days before the policy was due to start I was told the certificate of insurance would be delivered by post two weeks after insurance start date, it never ever appeared, i had a bit of difficulty trying to download the proof online and print.”

“It was easy to renew my car insurance on line. I compared the prise quoted against other companies giving the same conditions and decided, even though it wa not the cheapest, that I would stay with Dial Direct. The price differences were minimal.”

“The eventual price of the insurance came down dramatically after several abortive attempts speaking to customer services. I was given three different quotes by three different people but the last person (Shada) was very helpful and payment went through at the lower price without a problem. At one point, I was so frustrated as I was given 2 different quotes by the second assistant that I asked to speak to a Supervisor and the assistant cut me off.”
