Was quick and easy to renew as I had left it to just two days before renewal. Had a lovely person on the phone. Very helpful. Thuu it s is my third year now. Not made a claim so can’t comment on thst

I was pleased with the cost but found it difficult to contact staff with a query. Also, I recommended this agency to my daughter. The cost of taking a policy with you was exorbitant.

Overall the service has been very good really competitive with quotes compared to a lot of other companies. Only negative was I got charged an administration fee that wasn’t by fault it was my bank that stopped payment I did explain everything to them but still got charged 🤷

Actually lowered my premium from last year to this, which is definitely how it should be. Haven't had to claim so, can't comment on their systems or communication. So far can't fault them however.

Auto renew set up but I did have to call after my car insurance expired as I had still not received the printed documents as requested. They were sent again and received within the next 5+ days.

Happy enough with the process. However, I did ask for the insurance to be automatically renewed and for a copy of insurance docs to be sent through the post. I have received them by email but not through the post. Also, had no confirmation that my car insurance will not renew automatically. It is as though they ignored these requests.
