on this years renewal I did manage to get a human response, which resulted in a much quicker completion of the queries. It would be far quicker method of keeping customers happy and relieved to use the older system of human contact. Thanks Direct ,keep to humans and not machine driven responders. A much better system .

Spoke to an agent who was most helpful and pleasant. Was really surprised that the cost had gone down which was great, my previous insurers increased premiums every year despite no claims so thank you

Very cheap and gave the correct product I needed many thanks, The only thing I was (desperately) unhappy with was the shambles in paying I had a terrible experience, what a nightmare I simply have never know such a shambolic performance trying to pay , when I phoned up to pay they had all the details then they informed me everything was good and that they would take payment, so I go and think I’m covered only to get a letter in the post saying otherwise, I use my license as my living I need to know I’m covered 100%, this has happened twice now the payment should be taken right away not a month later what a mess I’ve never know it before you really need to sort this out, ie i phone up give the card details take payment there an then job done it’s a simple process . I will see next time if there’s any improvement in this side things as to wether I will renew next time or not, ( when I give my card details I expect payment to be taken immediately over the phone not a month later it’s a joke. Please sort your payment section out , Many thanks, G. Smerdon.
