renewal premium extortionate ! discussed a better price but still not as competitive as some others ( despite dealing with dial direct for a number of years on and off)!!

Good prices even compared to online. However... they sent me a renewal quote £150 higher than last year, £150!!!!!. On calling they immediately got it down to my last years quote. Presume they hope people wont call to question it. I asked why the didn't send me that initially and remained quite confirming my suspicions. Not cutting my nose off spite my face carried on with them.

Usually very good service & price competitive only disappointed when tried to add another car to my present policy as original car in garage for major repair. Was told I needed a new policy for the loan car don’t think it was flexible for me

I have been a customer for some years and have renewed my car insurance but this time I could have got it cheaper which was a surprise as there prices have been good in the passed.It is still a good service.

Very disappointed to get an email (after cooling off period) telling me my insurance was going to be split between 2 companies. And in the event of one going bust (and me having an accident) I wouldn’t get the full payout. I will not be renewing next year regardless of cost due to this cheeky stunt

Hello, Everything was carried out with no problems as always and the price was all agreed quickly. The claims is all carried out on time and for me all ok.

Communication is dreadful , never told me how much my direct debit would be , and you leave it to the last minute ti inform me my renewal

Renewed for what is third time with D Direct. Staff are all polite and helpful. Only feedback is on option for D Direct to just email you as attachment, your policy, so forced to go into a portal to view etc. Not everyone wants to keep creating passwords and accessing portals to get policy documents.

It's not easy,with break down ,not be able to speak to some one ,he was helpful when I spoke to someone,I would been able to drive in my car, because it was amber warning,long wait,got it fixed next day.carol watson
