“Not informed properly of break down from home policy had to pay another £160 for RAC to come and start my car from home”

“The people I spoke to on the phone very nice but I did not have as good a time as last year, because of a mix up I thought I had paid the amount about the 5th February in one amount, but because I put down I did not wish to renew it next year, because I may not keep this car, the money was not taken out. I received a letter dated the 18th but received some days later about cancellation of my insurance, I contacted you on the 27th and sorted it out with on lump sum £1120.17 I noticed a few days later that the 1st payment I thought I had made was only £1076.54 I did send an email asking about the difference of £43 but did not receive a reply.”

“Dial direct car insurance is priced well but being aged over 80 and not in to computers makes it very difficult, (dial direct aren't the only ones like this). I didn't receive a reminder of my renewal only an email confirming that it had been renewed which disappointed me.”

“you didn't. I felt like Id been penalised for other peoples reckless regard on the road. I'm 64 and my Insurance went up by 30% Cant remember my last claim. Loyalty counts for absolutely nothing.”

“I really abhor the need to shop round every year to see if you guys are looking after your customers. (Which you never do,?) Why is it I can better quotes, even from yourselves, when it comes to renewal???”

“This is my fifth year with dial direct. I had to make a claim two years ago and the whole process was seamless and professionally handled from the beginning. When renewal is due I do check other insurance companies but dial direct has always bettered other quotes. Honestly, I cannot fault them.”
