My insurance price went up over double than previous year for same cover not happy but all insurance companies have doubled prices where do companies think people are getting money from ?

I thought my insurance covered breakdown.To my dismay RAC quoted £195 to come to the scene and fix a new tyre. I went elsewhere and got a new tyre for a lot less. Can you tell me why my insurance did not cover this?

Disappointing (although understandable)increase in premium so I phoned to inquire if that was the best price they could offer the operative in the call centre was difficult to understand and didn’t seem understand what I was asking. I eventually gave up and paid the premium, hopefully I will have a mor positive experience next year 🤞

My insurance was put up to £30a month from £17.I phoned and got a reduced payment.I don’t know why it wasn’t given in the first time.🤬🤬

I didn't get any information near the time of renewal, wasn't warned on how much the price had gone up, so no friendly call to see if they could reduce or go ahead on the extortionate price rise. Then they took double amount out of my account without informing me why. Can't cancel now as would cost me a fortune. Not a happy customer and will not use again for the following year

Existing customer who gets no discount for my renewal. I find that utterly poor business practice. This is the last time I use Dial direct.

Was given my price for my insurance for the year / month ,with a email from Dial Direct . Taken the money out of my bank & it was more than what the email had sent . As times are hard with everything going up up up each time . Why….as NO up date about it from your company….

Had been happy enough with policy even though it went up this year but I added my Daughter on my policy as she needed my car for couple days but now she doesn’t need the car I tried taking her off the policy but won’t let me do it so I’m still paying the extra money for her to be on the insurance. I feel I’m getting ripped off. Why can’t I take her of my insurance?

Auto renew took place without offering a renewal price .by passing any comparisions ONLY found out by banking audit. Customer service had to be contacted. then process of refund to my Bank had to take place. on a clerical error /machine error to over charge that I had to question never before had this happened Hope it does not happen to anyone else.

Well at least the last person's review they were helpful at getting the price down. My re newly came up as £80 more this year, I phoned to see if they could come up with a better deal, as the knock I had was 5 years 10 months ago. Not a penny off. Last year increase was £20, and they reduced it.

I got my renewal for my car insurance it was a lot higher than last year so I said to your advisor that I want to cancel my insurance because I knew that I would get a better guote and cheaper then I phoned you to tell you if you can match the quote I will stay with you but the first advisor seemed to be not bothered helping the second adviser was really good and very helpful
