Automatic review failed as my debit card had been changed by my bank. Instead of providing the facility online for me to update it, I had to make a phone call and all the waiting, checking etc.. waste of time that is. I was then charged an administration fee of £20. For something I could have corrected in 5mins. I won’t be using them again.

Had to scrap my car, then needed to cancel the insurance. For that pleasure Direct Dial charge you £60, which is an extortionate amount of money, for what we all know is probably only a push of a button on a computer. These fees are not hidden, but just a way of making free money. Would have paid £20 without complaint.

Every year increase the costs exponentially, so heat started as a good insurance has become a burden. As a loyal customer that has never made a claim I expect to be rewarded with lower insurance cost, not higher. Will not renew next year.

A lot of money each year to renew, instead as you haven't claimed the price to renew should go down So I have changed company's and got all the same package for Half the Price these are charging And I wouldn't recommend this company

The app keeps on canceling all trips, even if I'm navigating the whole trip it still cancel it, and this price thing also i have a problem with it, i drive less every day and every day im earning r20.32 it means that i will never get that 60% back of my premium not mentioning 75% cash back of my premium,

You gave me a quote as an existing customer.. I went back online to inform you I was moving and changed my address.. my details did not change apart from my address… you are now charging me more money ???? Why??? I want be a customer next year

First time ever I’ve made a claim on my house insurance in 30 years. No one is keeping us in the loop and chasing up our claim. I keep phoning and get the same reply.

Terrible phone line service trying to get them to answer the phone. The repair was eventually carried out happy with contractors

New sales good but any follow up queries are not answered immediately and sometimes Agent not interested. Renewals are always more expensive when you call to cancel - they can offer a cheaper quote? Should try to keep customers by giving them competitive renewal quotes.

I've not had a bad experience at all with your company, but unfortunately, your quote for this year is very high and we wish to cancel the direct debit as soon as possible reason being we have found someone better with a good deal and a good price, we may come back with you when you give us a good price so, for now, can you please cancel these insurance policies with you, once again we thank you very much and really appreciate. I got the service with emergency cover. When I had a burst pipe the dial direct appointed plumbers failed to fix the problem on 3 occasions. When I stopped the service dial direct informed me there was nothing else to pay (as I was up to date on payments). They then proceeded to pursue me for £14.92 using a debt collection agency. I eventually paid the sum just to get dial direct off my back. Dreadful company- does not do what it says on the tin.

cheap first year, although they say it was sent, no notification email received regarding renewal, but they happily send a text to tell you the policy has been renewed. When checkin, the premium jumped excessively, +£30 to cancel renewal. phone to customer services to query, with the comment from customer services its my responsibility to remember when the insurance rental is due..

a problem occurred regarding an accident that was assigned to me but my partner had it and the company despite been given evidence from their insurance would not accept it and my premium is high because of it.
