Automatic review failed as my debit card had been changed by my bank. Instead of providing the facility online for me to update it, I had to make a phone call and all the waiting, checking etc.. waste of time that is. I was then charged an administration fee of £20. For something I could have corrected in 5mins. I won’t be using them again.
