I've not had a bad experience at all with your company, but unfortunately, your quote for this year is very high and we wish to cancel the direct debit as soon as possible reason being we have found someone better with a good deal and a good price, we may come back with you when you give us a good price so, for now, can you please cancel these insurance policies with you, once again we thank you very much and really appreciate.
