I am happy but not as much as last year. The reason being my car insurance annual payment has been increased from £219(approx.) last year to £243(approx.) this year without assigning any reason.

This year car insurance was well over the top in price. I save myself nearly two and fifteen pounds by shopping around. If you want to keep your customers Then you need to match the Internet prices.

renewal premium extortionate ! discussed a better price but still not as competitive as some others ( despite dealing with dial direct for a number of years on and off)!!

Good prices even compared to online. However... they sent me a renewal quote £150 higher than last year, £150!!!!!. On calling they immediately got it down to my last years quote. Presume they hope people wont call to question it. I asked why the didn't send me that initially and remained quite confirming my suspicions. Not cutting my nose off spite my face carried on with them.

Usually very good service & price competitive only disappointed when tried to add another car to my present policy as original car in garage for major repair. Was told I needed a new policy for the loan car don’t think it was flexible for me

I have been a customer for some years and have renewed my car insurance but this time I could have got it cheaper which was a surprise as there prices have been good in the passed.It is still a good service.

Very disappointed to get an email (after cooling off period) telling me my insurance was going to be split between 2 companies. And in the event of one going bust (and me having an accident) I wouldn’t get the full payout. I will not be renewing next year regardless of cost due to this cheeky stunt
