“There was a mixup when my insurance was due. Unknown to me it was on auto renewal. As the firm had ceased to be involved in insurance I arranged insurance with a different company. Dial direct noticed that I was insured twice and sorted the whole mess out very simply. Doing the work on my behalf.”

“Good price - did manage to get price down more to what i paid DD last year and cheaper than any of the comparison sites that I searched looking for better offer. Lost a star as the process is tedious having to ring and barter to get better price and go through all policy details again”

“Every year I usually look around to get the best price for my insurance. This is the first year in quite a long time that I stayed a second year with the same company. This is purely because I found the price increase acceptable. So, I'm happy because the price didn't go up by too much.”

“My car insurance only rose by £2, the cost has been excellent for the few years I have been with them. I have only used the breakdown service for a flat battery so cannot comment on the service after an accident but so far so good, thank you.”

“Happy 2nd year had a claim dealt with 100 percent along with window claim also. Renewal was high and I never noticed in Junk email but was discounted on telephone conversation so basically 5 stars from me. Happy Customer”
