“Just renewed for second year - I haven’t had to claim but the service is excellent with regular contact regarding payments and other admin. You always know where you are and what to do in an emergency.”

“on this years renewal I did manage to get a human response, which resulted in a much quicker completion of the queries. It would be far quicker method of keeping customers happy and relieved to use the older system of human contact. Thanks Direct ,keep to humans and not machine driven responders. A much better system .”

“Really pleased with the service and quotes from Dial Direct. I was involved in a non fault accident over two years ago. My son contacted them while I was still in hospital and they were brilliant. On realise from hospital I had a solicitor dealing with the case and a company dealing with the valuation of my vehicle. I can't praise them up enough.”
