“Dial Direct is Insurance that is easy to set up, has all the information you need and everything quickly accessible online. “The staff are helpful and the process is easier than with many call centres. My only issue is the length of time i waited for a repair because you have no repair shops in my area. My car had to go 70 miles for repair and that was after 4 months. Still not back but i do have a courtesy car for which i am grateful.”
