A company that is so easy to deal with and very reasonably priced I think this is my 4th year with them and see no reason to change although every year I do check others. I do insurance for both me and my wife always good pricing

Renewal sent out in time for you to review change or move to another insurer. The information is clearly set out for your renewal. I do not see the point in changing insurers if your renewal is satisfactory. Even slightly cheaper that the year before. Many thanks

Very cheap and gave the correct product I needed many thanks, The only thing I was (desperately) unhappy with was the shambles in paying I had a terrible experience, what a nightmare I simply have never know such a shambolic performance trying to pay , when I phoned up to pay they had all the details then they informed me everything was good and that they would take payment, so I go and think I’m covered only to get a letter in the post saying otherwise, I use my license as my living I need to know I’m covered 100%, this has happened twice now the payment should be taken right away not a month later what a mess I’ve never know it before you really need to sort this out, ie i phone up give the card details take payment there an then job done it’s a simple process . I will see next time if there’s any improvement in this side things as to wether I will renew next time or not, ( when I give my card details I expect payment to be taken immediately over the phone not a month later it’s a joke. Please sort your payment section out , Many thanks, G. Smerdon.

Dial Direct are not greedy like other insurers, and don’t put your premium up, in fact mine went down, as did my sister’s who recommended them to me. ☺️

Bad customer service had me feeling anxious that I'd done something wrong and that I was going to have to find more money for their errors, as a pensioner it was a very worrying experience. I would never trust this company again as I do not want to risk going through the same experience again.
