Find them to be good but I have had an experience which was not great. Mid last year I put a second driver on my insurance as I needed his help for a short time. In September 2020 I phone and asked that he be taken off. I was told that it would be done but I would have one premium to pain and then the insurance would reduce. However, 2 months later it had not charged. I phoned and spoke to a very unhelpful woman and I am not the most PC person so after some time the called was ended with the problem being esculated. I was tols that they could find no record of my call and instructions to remove the second driver. However, my phone shows that I was on the phone to the company for 2 min 8 sec. They refused to return the overpayments.
