Terrible service, clearly only interested in making their money by hitting customers with fees. My cars has been declared sorn for 5 months, I never check to auto renew after being stung in the past but that didn't matter with Dial Direct, they auto-renew without your decision and then charge £38 to cancel. Like taking to a brick wall trying to argue the point!
