I am currently looking for other insurance providers and the only reason I haven't changed is that I haven't had time. 2 times over all the time I have been with you I have tried to make a claim and both times you found a clause that I wasn't covered so I have had to foot the bill myself on the last claim it was a leak and you informed my husband we did not have track and trace (please check your recorded calls) and my policy says we do but we had already sorted both time we realised so we have asked a 3rd party to intervene there. This is why I would not recommend you to anybody also
