I have Dial Direct for my Home Contents insurance and am very happy as I have renewed for a further year with them. I would have moved my car insurance to them as well as they were competitive with another firm I was considering. I was unable to complete that transaction as, due to already having a product with Dial Direct I did not qualify for their introductory offer on car insurance. Now that smacks of discrimination to me! So it is likely I will be saying cheerio to a company that I was happy with simply because of their ridiculous three F’s policy. Shame really however there are many other insurance companies who are eager for business. So Dial Direct has lost a customer, I’ll not renew with them next year nor will I consider them in future. Unless they change their ways.
