The initial contact was extremely good. An appointment for an inspector was made and carried out on time. The inspector validated my claim 100%. Unfortunately, everything went down hill from then on. I contacted Renew only to discover my claim was with their validation department and I would be contacted within the next couple of days. Still waiting for my claim to be settled after 10 days.
