Cancelled my insurance but they refused to action my request and still debited my account. Then in received a threatening letter stating that I was in arrears and they would resubmit the debit order. After my 3rd request in received a letter informing me that my insurance has lapsed and they added a week on the cancellation date. I haven't had a good experience and have therefore moved to another insurer
