Really efficient service. I had my renewal for my second year and there was no fuss and the quote was £1 more than my previous year. Previously I have had to change insurance companies as the 2nd year quote has been so much more expensive and that was without any claims too. Thankfully I have not made a claim whilst with dial direct but for the service they have provided up until now I would definitely recommend them.
