My car was stolen from my driveway in Early December. Provided all relevant details in my claim from the police etc. Got passed off to there underwriters called “Markerstudy”. What a nightmare from then on. Couldn’t contact the company from there provided email addresses, couldn’t reply to there txt messages I was receiving because they don’t accept txt msg’s. 11 phone calls over 3 months and I never waited less than an hour for somebody to answer and they could not tell me anything, just wanted more information. They don’t reply to any emails when I finally got a working address after complaining to Dial Direct. There online agent assistance waiting time was over 2 hours (Advertised as 10 minute average wait time) they then cut me off when I got to talk to an agent. Filed 2 official complaints with Dial Direct since January and they did nothing to help, just an email to say that my complaint had been logged and they would get back to me. They seamed more worried what my car looked like and how long I had lived at my premises.
Just received notice from Dial Direct that my policy has been cancelled because of an unlisted modification that I know nothing about and that they have not explained what it is…WTF. Dial Direct and Markerstudy are running a scam as far as I am concerned, check out other review sights, 91% disapproval rating out of over a 1000 people reviews. I will be reporting them to the FCA ombudsman.
