First insurance company that reduced my premium on the second year, so more than happy to recommend them, the online service is quick and straight forward, and cheaper than the competition. I previously had been with Direct Line for 5 years, but when I changed to a pick up truck they increased my quote by 4 times so searched and found Dial Direct at a more sensible price 👍
