One of the worst companies I’ve ever been a customer for.
I had to quickly change my debit card as mine was fraudulently used.
I thought I was paying this company by D/D and only realised it was by Debit Card when they emailed me.
I contacted them at my earliest opportunity to be told I would be subject to a late payment fee. After explaining my situation I was told that this was their policy but they would waiver the fee in this case. I’ve since contacted them again and was told it would be a day or 2 after my payment left my bank as it hasn’t registered in their accounts and, again, it’s company policy that I get a late payment fee. I am still waiting for my refund.
they put your premiums up with no explanations (about £10 in the space of 5 years!!) and have no consideration for customers that have made a genuine mistake.
I will never use this company and urge others not to go with them!!
