This is my second year with Dial Direct who have covered the insurance for my house contents. As with previous insurance companies, I have used, I was expecting the price to be much higher than it turned out to be for my second year, so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that the increase was reasonable. Luckily I have not had to make a claim as yet and what little contact I've had with the company has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company.
