I've used Dial Direct for several years now and am very happy with the price and service, the 'phone team is always very helpful.
I do though wish they'd quote their best price to returning customers at renewal time to avoid the pantomime of having to go though price check websites only to spring a wonderful deal when you say you're leaving. Most insurance and 'phone companies seem to do it these days so this frustration is not just a aimed at Dial Direct.
That aside, I'm very happy and hope to stay with Dial Direct at my next renewal.
