Been with Dial Direct several years now for van insurance. Never had to claim so can’t comment on their claims service, however I’m happy with their customer service at renewal time. Always shop around but stayed with them as they seem a good deal with all I require included (eg. Breakdown cover)…and when I phone them they usually work out a better price than the renewal letter
