I am a Dial Direct Client for more than 6 years and I have been a loyal client towards this company, but they are failing me. I am not impressed with their level of service. It has been almost a month since I reported the accident, still I'm not getting any joy. I am most annoyed that I must wait for this long for them to finalize my claim. I trust this is not the way Dial Direct wishes to conduct business with valued clients. With the treatment that I have encountered from this insurer so called Dial Direct as from last month (August 2022), I would not recommend anyone due to their poor service delivery.
