I am with dial direct for the past five years, this year i added another vehicle. In August 2022, i claimed for the second vehicle, they have paid the service provider, but my vehicle is not yet fixed. I lodge complaints i get acknowledgements, but complaint not attended to. I removed one of the vehicles because of their service.
Very Good insurer, but once you lodged a claim, they don't care how the service provider treats you. You just become a policy number and a client.
