Very difficult to renew. I HAD to phone for some reason. Could NEVER get through after trying for days on end. Phone cutting off numerous times.
Eventually had to use the online ‘chat box’ which are never great, but eventually got the renewal sorted, or so I thought. Then overcharged from my quote. Motor Legal cover added by Dial Direct, but never asked for. Added in error apparently. Then trying to get my money back was like pulling my teeth out with blunt pliers.
Operator (on those chat boxes again) refusing to honour my quote because ‘it wasn’t the sum stated on her screen’. I couldn’t prove/send copy of quote as on the chat box, although she could see I had been charged Motor Legal insurance in error.
Was then cut off from the chat before I could try and rectify the situation. Gave up at this point. Worse EVER experience I’ve had in my 64 years on this planet.
