update 6.1.2023 - the email provided by your incompetent agent was for a no claims discount department, I only realised when i got an automatic reply. They avoided giving me the correct information, they avoided giving me the procedure. disgusting. The actual complaints email is complaints@dialdirect.co.uk now i have sent a personal email to the wrong address, your advisors do not follow policy. Disgusting. Avoid this company, be aware of the small print when you need help from this company, they set you up on an auto renewal without your knowledge and then charge you £80 no matter what your personal circumstances are. Spoke to a very abrupt arrogant individual who showed no skills in customer service and refused to give me the procedure for making a complaint and refused to listen to my personal situation. Insurance policy cancelled and could therefore not be accessed online, i no longer have access to the email that was used to open the policy, there is no proof of written comms to me, no information given or accessible. Complaint being made to FSA and to NCD@dialdirect.co.uk avoid at all costs, there are better insurers who have better systems available and who will treat customers with a little bit of respect.. My advice it to just avoid them, they are arrogant aggressive out of touch & abrasively obnoxious to deal with.
