Absolutely wish I had never started a contract with Dial Direct. They call them selves customer service executives, which is hilarious. I wish they were as helpful and nice when they tried to get me to start my a contract with them. Every time I try to call them they take forever to answer and little did I know that when you take a business contract out you have no consumer rights! I have been unhappy from the start and I demanded for them to end my contract within a week of starting my new contract with them. I wish I had stayed with EE!!! Who are extremely helpful, and always pleased to hear from their customers, and will call back if you are accidentally cut off! Well those at Dial Direct do neither. Terrible terrible terrible!! I’m stuck in a 36 month contract and my network coverage is terrible, but hey who cares because I am stuck in a contract and receive messages mostly 2 days later. Not impressed.
