Just renewed our policy. Premium very competitive with a good level of cover, including RAC Breakdown and protected bonus. The excess is realistic too. The site is easy to navigate, even for a technophobe like me!
Loved the fact they gave us a little 'thank you' before we even renewed. We have both our cars with Dial Direct. As ex-insurance industry employees, we realise that the quality of a policy/company only really shows when you make a claim. However, so far the signs are good, the policy wording is written well.
